Taking shape over the coming years, the proposed development plan for Kennedy Bay includes a range of vibrant lifestyle precincts, distinct coastal and golf course residential areas, an eco-tourism site and carefully planned holiday accommodation precincts.
Stage 1 will include an exciting upgrade to the foreshore and 'A' Class Nature Reserve, complete with a boat launching facility and the construction of an oceanfront residential precinct containing a variety of house types, including park and oceanfront homes along elegant streetscapes.
One of the features of the development is the highly rated 18 hole golf course The Links Kennedy Bay, situated next to the beautiful beaches of Warnbro Sound. Future plans include a new clubhouse which will be located alongside the town centre.
